CLEVER MIND

This feat allows character to learn more tech powers and talents. It can unlock a tech user prestige class even if your base class is not a tech user. For each rank in Clever Mind feat, the player character will gain +1 Tech Point, which at same time also increases the Difficulty Check (DC) of the Tech Talents. Shortly said, that level gains Tech Progression.

Player Character have knack for tech based skills.
Effect: Tech Type Skills count as Class Skills, even if they are Cross Class Skills

Rank 2: +1 Tech Point and +1 Tech DC
Player Character learn more about tech type skills.
Effect: +1 to all tech type Skills

Rank 3: +1 Tech Point and +1 Tech DC
Player Character talents on tech skills increase.
Effect: +INT MOD to all tech type Skills

Rank 4: +1 Tech Point and +1 Tech DC
Evolution A: Tech Damage +5%
Evolution B: Tech Resistance +5%

Rank 5: +1 Tech Point and +1 Tech DC
Evolution A: Tech Damage +5%
Evolution B: Tech Resistance +5%
Evolution C: Universal CTI

A Evolutions increase all damage done with Tech Powers.
B Evolutions increases all damage resisted against Tech Powers.
C Evolution allows a single type CTI to be used for all Tech Powers.

Clever Mind: A person having or showing the ability to learn and understand things quickly and easily.
