The character has mastered using grace and speed instead of raw power. The character can add either their Dexterity or Strength bonus to their chance to hit, whichever is higher, as long the character wields a light (small) weapon. Affected weapons: Small Melee Weapons.

Rank1: Small Weapons gains bonus to hit based on DEX or STR, whichever is higher

Rank2: Small Weapons gain bonus to damage based on DEX or STR, whichever is higher

Rank3: Main Hand gains 1 extra attack if wields a small weapon, its AB equals first attack

Rank4:
Evolution A: Small Weapon grants +1 AB to all attacks
Evolution B: Small Weapon grants +1 to critical chance

Rank5:
Evolution A: Small Weapon grants +1 AB to all attacks
Evolution B: Small Weapon grants +1 to critical chance
Evolution C: Finesse now applies to Medium sized weapon
