Benna tries to hide her reaction to the prowess and brutality of the dark jedi before the group. Fear and admiration runs through Benna in equal meassures. "I'm with baldie on this one. How do we know you are who you claim to be?" Benna walks up to Lindrala observing Zannah closely with her hand ready to reach for her holstered blaster. Hiding her mouth behind Lindrala's head Benna whispers to Lindrala "I didn't come this far to walk into a trap, Jedi"

Zannah looks at all the Pax crew including Benna after hearing her wiser words of caution as well. "I have never been one for false words even back when I served the empire, I will not lie to you, the witch I have allied myself with is known as Karliah and she is very powerful, more powerful than me of that I have no doubt, she believes that this Jedi master is the key to defeating the Mother and perhaps Jadus as well." She pauses for a moment and looks at Lindrala. "At first I thought you were just here to get yourselves killed but from what I can feel through the force I believe Karliah was right, as such I am here to keep her alive."

Lindrala listens to the objections of Oyo and Benna as well as what Zannah has said. She decides to come clean on her vision of Darth Marr to the others. "When we left the planet of Dxun the ghost of Darth Marr appeared to me through the force, I believe what Zannah is saying is true, the force has brought us all together for a reason and it seems we have no choice but to stand with unusual allies to have any hope at defeating Jadus, however our plan remains we came here to rescue Master Satele."

Zannah sighs at the mystical force response from Lin but cannot help sense the truth in her words. "Sure... the force and a common desire of not been devoured by the spiders of this planet, at any rate from what I can see we both need each other, I am willing to join you and your allies to do what must be done, we have a common enemy after all." Zannah folds her arms. "Not to mention it would be a real shame to let you get your crew killed and let a woman like your companion there go to waste." Zannah smirks at Benna under her mask.

Benna listens closely to the stranger's words. "At least you talk sense, stranger. A my enemies' foe is my friend as they say." Benna relaxes her shoulder a bit more. Not unaware of the dark jedi's smirk. "But I'm still watching you." Benna smirks back as she turns her head away.

Lindrala is not taunted by Zannah's words she remains focused on the mission. "I agree that we can work together, but we should press on before Jadus forces or more of these spiders find us."

"You don't say so. Maybe our new found ally here knows a way out of this mess?" Benna adds with a hint of sarcasm.

Zannah chuckles at Benna's remark. "I have come to know this world and can choose to remain unseen if needed, though sneaking around will not prove so easy on this world especially for the Jedi, the witches and slaves of Jadus will sense them, never the less we should proceed with haste, perhaps you just want to follow me from behind." Zannah looks at Benna "While tempting I would recommend not shooting me in the back."

Benna tries to hold back a smile looking at Zannah. Benna walks in Zannah's direction past Lindrala meeting her eyes with her own briefly. Halfway there Benna turns back to the group What are you waiting for? You heard the lady, let's move already.

Lindrala looks at the others, she places a hand on Aya's shoulder "Stay close Aya." She turns and begins to follow after Zannah and Benna.

Zannah wrote:

"While tempting I would recommend not shooting me in the back."

"Backstabbing has no honor. Sith betray one another all time. We are not sith, that much is clear." Oyo deactivates his lightsaber weapon and follows after Zannah.

Aya nods to Lindrala. "Yes Master." Their mission became a real adventure. Aya never expected that one day they will fight the witches, and another day they will be friends. For now Aya trusts Lindrala's lead, and it is not like she had any other option anyway.

Zannah heard as Oyo deactivated his blade, his remark about the Sith made her chuckle though she did not respond to him directly this time choosing instead to proceed onward. "Perhaps some of these people are worthy of respect after all." She thought to herself.

Zannah kept her word and led the Crew towards their next destination. Zannah obviously spent time for a while now on this planet, and following her kept the Crew away from the danger that these woods contain. After half hour of travel, the group arrived to a cave, from which green light shimmers. When they enter they could see Karliah, chanting at her cauldron, and from within green smoke rises. With their approach, Karliah would pause her work, and turn towards the group to greet them. "Welcome to our lair. Here we resided for some time now, waiting for your arrival. And it is here where new bonds can be forged. With it the end of the Mother's rule can begin. My name is Karliah. And I wish to make a contract with you." Karliah locks her eyes upon Lindrala.

1. Why do you want to kill one of your own kind?

Lindrala locks her gaze right back at Karliah."I thought the witches were all sisters, why do you wish to kill her?"

"Sisters we maybe be, but we do not see eye to eye in everything. Dathomir is ruled by us, and we were never involved with outsiders. Until the Mother allied with Jadus. And now Dathomir is threatened to become part of the never ending war between the Sith Empire and the Galactic Republic. I do not wish such war to come to our home, I do not wish our sisters to face it." Karliah closes her eyes. "And I sense that it already began, that some sisters have already fallen to it, and that they will not be the last. The Mother must die, so that I can take her spot, there is no other way. I do not wish our teachings and knowledge to be exploited by outsiders, by Jadus, who will only grow stronger on the blood of our sisters. Jadus is already threat all by himself. But without the Mother, without Dathomir supporting him, he is nothing but a Sith Exile, and in helping me, you help yourself."

1. And what is this contract actually?

Lindrala hears the words of Karliah, she knew if what Karliah said is true that it was a noble goal to fight for peace, though could she trust the words of a witch... A witch and a former Sith, her eyes moved briefly to look at Zannah and then back to Karliah. "Zannah has already made it clear to us that we have a common enemy in Jadus, but I get the feeling there is more to this than simply removing the mother, many of us have seen the power of Jadus first hand... Plus our main goal is to rescue Master Satele Shan from her captivity." Lindrala thinks for a moment... "What deal are you seeking to make Karliah?"

"I seek deal one forged through a trial and blood. In the last century Mother has grown more powerful than anyone on this world. Local villages are paying tributes, and she gains power from being worshiped by them. With her power the witches grow stronger as well. For me to be able to summon her I need a sacrifice, something old as herself, something that this earth gave its birth. I need heart of the Forest Rancor as last ingredient for my spell. Once she is summoned to my circle, she will be trapped long enough for us to defeat her together." Karliah opens her eyes. "If you menage this, you shall have my aid in repairing your ship. There are not many tech experts on this planet, but I know one that will be more than happy to help, his freedom depends on it." Karliah glances between Zannah and Lindrala. "With Mother removed, my own transition to the power will not be instant. But entering the Fortress Temple will be easier. I will personally accompany you through it to rescue your Jedi friend. And nobody knows its halls and traps better than me. If Jadus is present there, he will be the only one left between me and my seat. But he will not have Mother to aid him. You bring me the heart of Forest Rancor, help me destroy Mother, and in turn I help you set your Jedi friend free, help you defeat Jadus if he still lingers in our world, and under my rule keep Dathomir away from the goals of Jedi Order and Republic."

3. Free RP.

Lindrala turns to her crew to get their insight on the issue. "This is an important decision, if anyone believes they have good insight into this speak now."

Zannah speaks up, "I may follow a different path to your Jedi ways, as do the Witches of this planet but I will stand with you all in defeating Jadus though be warned... When Jadus is dead our alliance is over, I have no desire to join the Jedi or your broken Republic."

Oyo is observing the two witches, not liking what he is hearing nor seeing. The green stuff, the magics and all stuff that are alien to him and to the genellary known Force. Once Zannah finishes her lines, he would turn at Zannah: "I do not think that your voice should count in this vote, you joined our team like five minutes ago. And of course you would support the idea, it was your intention to do your master's will. But on the other hand." Oyo turns at Lindrala. "If you do not have a better idea, facing a rancor is a challenge I would like to experience. And if we are to face Jadus, this seems like a good training."

After being mostly silent follower since the crash, Aya finally had opportunity to voice her mind: "I think that we are not left much of a choice. Not to mention that Satele is not the only one that needs help, but also this tech person, that these women obviously have imprisoned. If we do manage to rescue Satele on our own, we would still be trapped on this planet. And since we are short on allies, attempting to set this tech person free to help us with our ship, from these two ... hags ... is only making another enemy, like we do not have them enough already. As much as I dislike this, I think that our way out is with them. They did rescue us from the wild life and Jadus search party after all."

"I'm here for the pay. The pay for the rescue of Satele, but damnit, the girl's talking sense." Benna chips in. "We don't have much of a choice, do we now?"

2. I accept the deal.

After listening to the words and insight of the others Lin came to a decision, she slowly turned to Karliah.
"I accept your offer, we will stand against Jadus and the mother together, we shall get you the rancor heart." She offers a hand to Karliah for her to shake.

Zannah looks to Karliah and nods in approval, she thinks to herself. "Perhaps this Jedi will prove worth my time after all... we shall see."
